Blake Lively

Oh sweet heavens. Curious as to what Blake Lively was doing tonight? Well, she spent her Saturday in Paris attending a Chanel dinner. I mean, seriously. This girl has EVERYTHING. And she looks happy and thankful about it too. She's not standing and pouting, she looks like she is generally enjoying herself and I appreciate and admire that very much. And oddly enough, the more and more I look at her Chanel dress, the less I hate it. None of her accessories match though, and I know I don't like matchy-matchy accessories, but these aren't even remotely similar which is weird to me.

Lady Gaga

OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH! OH MY POOR INNOCENT (ONLY NOT SO INNOCENT ANYMORE) EYEBALLS. Lady Gaga has gone from bad to worse. She is fully embracing the "less is more" thing, but I am going to have to say that in her case, less is naked. I mean, she's not wearing any clothes. Her hair is hideous. Her "top" looks like a slutty/trying to be sexy sports bra and her tights... TIGHTS ARE NOT PANTS! TIGHTS ARE NOT PANTS. Tights. Are. NOT. Pants. I don't know why this is a concept people can't grasp. I mean, honestly. And I don't even care that she's wearing a cheetah print thong because frankly, I don't want to see her underwear and/or butt. Put clothes on, Lady Gaga. Put clothes on.

V Magazine Spring 2011

Admit it. You love Britney Spears. How can you not love Britney Spears. Through thick and thin (Sometimes very thin) she still manages to make great music, well okay, she still manages to make fun music. I'm really glad she's "back" and judging from her V Magazine cover shoot, she's "back" for GOOD this time. Oh, Britney, we love you, bitch.
She looks so pretty and healthy. Yay, Britney!

Olivia Palermo for Tibi

This is so fashionably late that it's almost unacceptable, but due to the fact that I love it, I am going to let it go. Tibi chose Olivia Palermo as the face for their Spring 2011 collection and I adore everything about this campaign. I don't know if you know, but I adore Olivia Palermo. I think she's wonderful. She's kind of like a real life Blair Waldorf, although Blair Waldorf > EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, of course. But still. And granted, I've only seen a handful of "The City" episodes, but she was my favorite. I didn't even like that show, but I checked in every now and then to see what Olivia was up to. So, since the show is long gone, she has been making appearances everywhere and I am quite pleased. Apparently she picked out the clothes she wanted to wear from their line and I think she did a marvelous job. I love the setting too, it's very behind the scenes and I welcome any sort of behind the scenes thing with loving arms. Or something like that. I've had two cups of coffee so far and it's only 12:00, so don't blame me. Blame it on the caffeine.

L'Officiel Mada March 2011

I know this is going to come as a huge surprise, but... I am in LOVE with Leighton Meester's L'Officiel Mada shoot. Ugh, I cannot get enough of it. I still stand by what I said before when I mentioned that it reminded me of an early 90s magazine cover and I am embracing that. She looks beautiful, very fresh and natural, whilst also looking high fashion. I love her, I love her so much it's kind of ridiculous. And by ridiculous, I mean it's great. I need to get ahold of this magazine if it's the last thing I do.
She's gorgeous. This is very Old Hollywood which I adore. And is that fur I spy? Perfection. All of this.
I want to be her, please.

Fashion Quote of the Day

"A few lucky women have been born with style - but for most of us, style is something that comes with time and experience. Above all style begins with a sense of who you are and your self-confidence. Style comes from opening yourself to the world around you - to books and movies, art, music, travel and especially to other people."
Kate Spade

Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen, or IHEAEBMPDRMCJILYMAD, decided to make a coffee run in her stripper, I mean everyday, clothes. I mean, COME ON, girl. Put some damn clothes on. I'm sure it's cold in New York City right now and the fact that you have 1029 layers on top does not count or make up for the fact that you are pretty much naked. Oh, and don't even get me started on those boots... Sweet goodness.

Blake Lively

Blake Lively attended a private dinner hosted by Chanel in her honor last night. I mean, can I please have her life? She gets to wear as much Chanel as she wants, they throw her private parties in New York City and she gets to hang out with Leighton Meester at work. That's kind of everything I strive for in life. Just kidding, but not really. Anyway, the Chanel dress she wore is kind of growing on me. At first I was like "Woah there, Serena van der Woodsen!" but now I kind of like it. I like the feathery part and not so much the horizontal glitter stripes though. The main thing I love is her jewelry. Look at those earrings! They are so pretty. I really like that she wears jewelry that stands out and not just diamonds like everyone else. Of course, there is nothing wrong with diamonds, they're a girl's best friend, yes? But I like that she takes risks without being too risky. I look forward to seeing her ad campaign for Chanel's new bag.

Glamour April 2011

I could not be more excited about this if I tried. I adore Kate Winslet. She's one out of the ten people I would invite to my dream dinner party. In case you were wondering, the other nine people are Andrew Garfield, Leonardo DiCaprio, a certified marriage minister (So that he could marry me and AGarf and then Leo and Kate), Leighton Meester, Coco Chanel, J.K. Rowling, Amelia Earhart (I NEED TO KNOW WHERE SHE WENT), Chandler Bing (Not Matthew Perry, I want Chandler Bing) and my best friend, Ali because I think she'd want to meet a few of these people too. I mean, who doesn't want to witness Leo and Kate's wedding? Anyways, now that you know that useless piece of information, back to Kate Winslet. She graces the cover of Glamour's April issue and this makes me SO happy. I was in the middle of a panic attack and this made me feel loads better. The only thing I don't like about her spread is that it is so short... Diane Kruger's issue was HUGE. I don't understand that. Either way, moral of this post: I love Kate Winslet and I would have the greatest dinner party ever known to man.
She is SO gorgeous, I can't even handle it. I want to be friends with her.
