Wait, Ri Ri is actually wearing clothes on the cover of Rolling Stone's latest issue? I'm so confused. What is up and what is down?! She looks seriously stunning, I still will never understand how she manages to look every hair color and hairstyle look so fierce? Oh Rihanna, you're so great. What's not so great, is the fact that this interview is pretty much all about Chris Brown and her relationship with him. Insert my eye rolling here, y'all.

Marie Claire UK March 2013
Okay, I know Megan Fox has said some slightly questionable things to the press in the past, but somehow it's made me love her even more. When she joined (then sadly quit within a week) Twitter, it was the best and I realized we could be the best of friends. She's so sarcastic, I adore it. Also, did I mention she's a total babe? She looks gorgeous on Marie Claire UK's March cover. I love it. Also, I love that she's subtly, only not-so subtly hiding her infamous "ugly" thumbs. We know what you're up to, Megs and we love you for it. Yeah, I called her Megs. Deal.
I don't know what this Elvis-inspired outfit is, but I don't love it.
Her hair is perfect.
Glamour March 2013
Dakota Fanning graces the cover of Glamour's March issue and I'm actually really, really unimpressed. I cannot express enough just how much I hate how much over-editing Glamour does. I really don't understand it, you know? They choose beautiful covergirls who need very little retouching, but things get crazy over in the Glamour offices apparently. I'm really disappointed and I think they should apologize to us and Dakota. Especially Dakota. She looks like a china doll. But in a slightly happier note, I still really love Ellen von Unwerth's pictures. A lot. They are always so fun. I mean, looking past the editing, of course.
Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.
Okay, I like this one mostly because her hair looks FIERCE.
Well, this Burberry Prorsum dress makes her look like a piece of sushi.

SAG Awards 2013
While the SAG Awards are no Oscar's (Sidenote: We have less than a month for the Oscar's and I am going to remind you everyday.) or Golden Globes, they still hold a special place in my heart. None of the gowns in particular really wowed me, they all had a very similar silhouette, but I managed to pick favorites nonetheless. Eek I love awards season so much it's actually stupid. Only it's not stupid, it's actually really awesome.
I am so happy about everything going on here. Didn't I tell you Jessica Chastain would turn things around and put herself back on the Best Dressed Lists? Yep, I did. And she did. She looked stunning in this Alexander McQueen dress. I really love everything about it.
The more I see Jennifer Lawrence's Christian Dior dress, the more it's growing on me. I think what I don't like about it, is that it looks like more fabric was just sewn onto the bottom. The color looks great and her hair looks great too, so she can go on my Honorary Best Dressed List. Plus, being my future BFF, I have to be supportive of all her fashion choices.
I am actually taking Marion Cotillard's horrible outfit as personally offensive. She is SO much better than this Christian Dior gown. I don't like any piece of it. Okay, I like the blue color, but there is too much material and I hate the top of it. But, on a positive note, her makeup is flawless and I am kind of dying over her new cute little bob. Tres chic, Marion.
Jennifer Garner looked stunning in this Oscar de la Renta gown. I have no complaints, other than I kind of wish she had saved this for the Oscar's because everyone knows, when you wear a gold dress, it brings good luck. Not that her hubby is going to need it because "Argo" seems to be winning everything.
Ugh. This is partially upsetting to me. Y'all know of my undying and unrealistic dream of having Tina Fey adopt me. Her Oscar de la Renta gown is wonderful, but I am so so so so SO confused about her hair. This is how my hair looks when I wake up and that, my friends, is not great.
Anne Hathaway has been so incredibly bothersome to me as of late and I don't even know why. But instead of complaining about her, I'll say "Congratulations on your win" and I think I might kind of like this Giambattista Valli Couture gown. I think it would've worked better on someone like Carey Mulligan, but I mean, whatever.
This is actually a hot mess. I think Julianne Moore is gorge and you (mostly) can't go wrong with Chanel, but somehow this went terribly wrong. The top half does not fit her and it makes her boobs look saggy, which is actually the worst thing ever. I'm so sad for her and her boobs.
Well, Rose Byrne looks like a permed jellyfish in this Valentino gown. Now, I like jellyfish and I love Valentino, but together this is not working.
I'm upset that I don't like Amanda Seyfried's Zac Posen gown more. People were trying to talk me into liking it, but the necklace is really ruining the entire look for me. It is really distracting and I'm not a fan. The color looks perfect on her though and I love me a Zac Posen train always.
I was so confused as to why the "Glee" cast was there but then I remembered that 1. They are members of SAG and 2. Some people actually still watch the show. I don't know why... Anyway, I really hate everything about Naya Rivera's boob mesh. This Donna Karan Atelier gown has potential to be gorgeous, but the boob mesh is horrid.

I am dying/dead over Naomi Watts' gorgeous Marchesa gown. I adore it. I love me some Marchesa any day of the week and it fits her perfectly.
My third Best Dressed of the Night goes to Amy Poehler, for once. She looked gorgeous in this Zuhair Murad gown. It definitely made up for her tux fiasco at the Golden Globes. She looks great, I hope somewhere Will Arnett is crying over her. I'm really bitter they are getting a divorce, in case you couldn't tell...The more I see Jennifer Lawrence's Christian Dior dress, the more it's growing on me. Can we be real for a second? Despite what everyone on the Internet (and in life) says, I actually really like Lea Michele still. Do I like her Valentino gown though? Not entirely. It looks slightly unfinished to me, but I respect her efforts and the fact that she favors large gowns because I think they are highly ignored.
Real talk, I forgot Jayma Mays was a thing. I don't really like her Georges Hobeika Couture gown. It's really boring, which is a shame. If you are a slightly forgotten celebrity, shouldn't your one goal (besides winning) at an awards show be to steal the heart's of the people? Evidently Jayma did not get that memo.
This is upsetting because I was just raving about how great Kerry Washington has been looking, but I'm really not a fan of this Rodarte gown. What you can't see in this picture, is that it had a tail of lace coming out of the back that made it look like toilet paper was sticking out of the dress. I mean, I adore lace, but not like that.
Even when Nicole Kidman is nominated, I'm always like "Wait, why is Nicole Kidman there?" It's an ongoing battle, which shows no signs of slowing down. Her Vivienne Westwood gown isn't the worst thing ever, but I still don't like it. Sigh. What am I going to do with you, Nicole?

Fashion Quote of the Day
"Fashion is about dressing according to what's fashionable. Style is more about being yourself."

Cosmopolitan March 2013
Okay, I know I say it every dang time I write about Cosmopolitan, but I really hate them. I won't get into detail this time, but there are reasons. So, Miley Cyrus graces the cover of their March issue and I'm not completely hating it. I mean, I am because it's Cosmo and I really miss her hair, but it actually looks really great here. Also, her bod is rockin' (Translation: I can't stop staring at her boobs. It's slightly unsettling). Sigh.
My favorite excerpt from this interview thusfar is when she's talking about Liam, her hot dang fine fiancé (Yep, I said "hot dang fine") and the first sentence is "I'll literally look at him and be like 'You are hot, dear God!'" Ugh, this girl. I love her.
This is not a great pose for anyone, Mileybird.

Jennifer Lawrence
You know I have a large place in my heart for W Magazine and an even larger place in my heart for Jennifer Lawrence. With that being said, I'm really unclear on her makeup in the latest issue of W Magazine. REALLY. UNCLEAR. It looks horrible? Now, I don't know if that was the point, to make her look orange and greasy, but if it was they truly succeeded. I do love this Dior dress and I'm kind of crushing on her hair, so there's that. But just ugh, I'm disappointed in this because it had great potential. I'm not crazy, right?

Entertainment Weekly
OH MY GOSH ladygirl, Jessica Chastain, is absolutely killing it as of late. She's everywhere and I am perfectly, 100% okay with it. She is featured in Entertainment Weekly's January 25-February 1, 2013 issue, THE OSCAR ISSUE, and she looks flawless. As per usual. I mean, I never expect anything less. She's, dare I say it, almost perfect?
I want her hair. Like, I want my hair to look like this, I don't actually want her hair. That's weird, you guys.

Michelle Obama
So, I'm not here to talk politics, because yawn they're so boring and I frankly don't really understand anything about them. BUT being a fashion blogger, I feel it's my obligation to talk about the Jason Wu gown Michelle Obama wore to President Obama's Second Inaugural Ball today. I adore it. I do not adore FOTUS' (The First Lady of the United States, you guys I just learned what that stands for today. Am I embarrassed? Eh.) bangs though. They are way to wispy and flippy and 2004. Not a fan, but this dress is great and that's REALLY all that matters here. Am I right?

Rihanna
I'm really on a Rihanna kick right now. I can't stop listening to her new album, which I highly recommend, by the way. It's really empowering. I feel like a fierce bitch, belting out "Jump" whilst stuck in LA traffic. It's the little things, you know? Anyway, one day I will look this perfect getting out of a car. Mark my words, people. ONE DAY. She looks great, her hair looks fantastic and don't even get me started on her red lipstick. I'm in love. Lord, let me be Rihanna for one day and I won't ask for anything else all year.

W Magazine Best Performances 2013
Ugh, I am just head-over-heels for W Magazine's Best Performances 2013, featured in their upcoming February issue. Throw in some of my favorite actors all together saying random things (Most of which I would repeat) and I'm hooked. Every dang time, let me tell you.
"It's easier to do an action scene than a love scene. I love fighting. When the camera's not rolling, I'll usually punch some of the actors, just for fun." Further proof that Jessica Chastain and I would get along beautifully in real life. I play punch people all the time. Also, she looks stunning here. And yes, this is the same Giorgio Armani gown Olivia Munn wore to the Golden Globes last week. I like it better here, shocker, I know.
"When I did Catch Me If You Can, in 2002, I had a really big crush on Leonardo DiCaprio. I had fixated on him in Growing Pains and in Titanic. I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, if I ever work with Leo, it will be wonderful.' And then, there I was, with pigtails - looking not at all like Gisele, whom he was dating at the time. I figured my chances were pretty slim, so I just focused on the work." I heart Amy Adams more and more.
"I love Ryan Gosling! I met him at the Governors Ball after the Oscars two years ago, and I freaked out. He stares into your soul. He's really tall, and the boys in my grade are all shorter than I am. He was looking down at me, which was a first, in a weird way. He shook my hand and said, 'It's so nice to meet you.' I didn't kiss him goodbye. I didn't have the confidence." If I could take Elle Fanning as my own, I wouldn't think twice. She's the cutest little thing ever. Also, this Oscar de la Renta dress is wonderful.
I adore Marion Cotillard forever, you guys. Forever.

W Magazine February 2013
W Magazine is killing it so far in 2013. They started the year off with my absolute favorite, Miss Jessica Chastain and now Emma Stone? I can dig it, guys. Emma Stone is the Queen of the year. It's officially decided. I only know one person who dislikes her just a little bit. (I'm looking at you, Mom...)
Real talk right now, I thought this was a Fanning sister when I initially saw this. Weird. This whole shoot has a very Courtney Love-vibe, but I like it because well, you know.
I adore this Balmain dress.
I also adore Alexander McQueen dress.
