My favorite part about Miley's outfit (Please sense the tone) is the fact that she paired this hideously trashy outfit with a Chanel purse. Mm, she's just bein' Miley... (I couldn't resist. It was either that or "She can't be tamed." I mean, it's like she wants us to use these). And seriously, don't even get me started on those darn socks...
