I hate how much I love Katy Perry sometimes. She pulls off the weirdest outfits that I know I would hate on other people, but on her I just don't. Case in point: She made an appearance at the 2011 Logie (Moment of laughter for that name right there) Awards in Australia today in this interesting dress. Minus the naked woman, I actually love the rest of the dress. I love the color and I LOVE me some shoulder action. I even like that she wore blue shoes, which compliment her gorgeous necklace.
