Oh, sweet Blake Lively. How I love her so. She almost never fails to look gorgeous and last night was no exception. She made an appearance at the amfAR New York Gala to help kick off Fall 2011 Fashion Week in a gorgeous Alexander McQueen gown. I love it, I love it a whole lot.
