Ugh. Is there no in between with this girl? She's either practically naked or so covered up that I can't tell who is under the trash bag she's using as a jacket. She is literally drowning in this outfit. And don't even get me started on that damn dog. I guess if someone has to wear a short skirt, I'd rather it be Dog Momsen and not Taylor Momsen. Yes?
