Oh Lord help us. Blake Lively showed up to the opening of the new Realm Boutique in New York last night in this hot mess. I don't know why/how she thought this was okay. The skirt is seriously wonderful, but the belt and the denim shirt sticking out from under the skirt? What was she thinking? I don't even know. I. Don't. Even. Know. Turns out, this look is straight from the runway of Vivienne Westwood's Fall 2010 show. So, I guess the real question is what was Vivienne Westwood thinking?
