Alrighty, I adore Katy Perry a lot. You want proof? I am sure that I would hate this little number on anyone else (Yes, Lady Gaga, I am talking to you.) but I love it on Katy Perry. It's so sparkly and wonderful. I am praying she sells her wedding pictures because I can't wait to see her wedding dress!!
