You guys, I still haven't decided how I feel about the 3.1 Philip Lim fringed shorts Leighton Meester wore on the set of GG the other day. I like them, then I hate them, then I like them again. I just can't make up my mind. I know that I love her Balenciaga heels a whole dang lot though. That's for sure.
