OPI's Hong Kong Collection comes out February 3 and I could not be more excited. I love everything OPI does. Honestly. I swear by their "Siberian Nights." It's my favorite. If they ever discontinue it, they will be hearing from me. But for now, it's safe, I am happy and I can't wait until the third.
