Miley Cyrus graces the cover of Harper's Bazaar's February 2010 issue and while I have my own love-hate relationship with Miley, I admit that she looks beautiful in these pictures. Honestly, she looks so pretty. Right? Right. The cover and the last picture are my favorites.
