Oh. My. Ew. Here's a sneak peek of Alexander McQueen's Spring 2010 ad campaign. Creative? Sure. Gross? Definitely. I have to give it up to model Raquel Zimmermann though. I would die if I had to do that. And not a Rachel Zoe "I die," I think I would actually die. The shoes still kill me. They're awfully delightful.
