So, I love Ashley Greene's dress (go figure) but I'm confused as to why Jessica Szohr thought it was okay to wear short shorts and tights to a red carpet premiere. Uh, not okay. I mean, I think her outfit is so cute, but so inappropriate for this particular setting.
