I am DYING over the Emilio Pucci dress Lea Michele wore last night on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." At first I was like "Oh, wait, what?..." But the more I look at it, the more okay with it that I am. I could do without the little clip at the neck, but whatever. She's rocking it and I love it. Also, her makeup is flawless, as is her hair.
