Fergie

I am at a loss for words. That is tricky being, as I am, a very vocal fashion blogger. But I am at a complete loss for words when it comes to the Jean-Charles de Castelbajac Felix the Cat dress Fergie wore last night to the "A Night of Firsts" event. Now, this event was hosted by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle, so you'd think, you'd think, more thought would've gone into this, but alas Fergie failed. She failed miserably. Now, her dress is kind of a hot mess. Katy Perry could've pulled it off, I have no doubt about that. But Fergie? No one takes Fergie seriously as it is, so trying to pull this off was a mistake. To make matters even worse is the fact that, get this... The dress doesn't even fit her. She added a black panel to "hide" the fact that the zipper wasn't even close to zipping completely. I mean, WHAT. Okay, maybe I wasn't at a loss for words, but I cannot even begin to wrap my head around this. If she honestly didn't have time to fix this dress, or go on a gum and water diet (I don't know, you guys.), at least have the sense to fly in long hair extensions to cover this hot mess and for the love of all that is good and holy, don't turn around for the cameras! I just. I can't.
