ELLE January 2012

I know a lot of people don't really like Katherine Heigl for some reason, but I really like her. I don't, however, like her hair cut or really the styling of this shoot. She graces the cover of ELLE's January issue which is exciting, but for some reason I'm not hooked. It's kind of drab and boring to me. Am I being too harsh?

This is such a boring outfit for a magazine cover. Especially ELLE. And especially January. If this is a sign of things to come, I am worried.

I must say, I do like her brass Vionnet cuffs.

Okay, her makeup looks really great here, but the fact that her Lara Bohinc necklace is crooked is bothering me.

This is the only picture from this entire shoot that has me saying "Okay, this is good." Maybe it's the confetti on the ground. I think that's it. It also might be her hair. Her hair looks better here.
