"Gossip Girl"
Leighton Meester and Blake Lively were both on set today in New York City filming "Gossip Girl" and I'd just like to talk about their outfits for a second. First off, I swear to everything good and holy that I saw the skirt Blake Lively is wearing at Nordstrom the other day. I remember the skirt because I walked by it about 8 times and everytime I gasped all too dramatically and went "Meh I want that skirt! Look at the sequins. It's so pretty!" I don't love her crop top as much, but whatever. Now onto Leighton Meester, my queen. I'm not really in love with her pants. This outfit isn't very Blair Waldorf. I do, however, like her pink pumps. I just want "Gossip Girl" to come back into my life already. One month and thirteen days, people. Not that I'm counting or anything. You know you love me, xo xo...

Fashion Quote of the Day
"Nothing has been invented yet that will do a better job than high heels at making a good pair of legs look great, or great ones look fabulous."
Stuart Weitzman
Lady Gaga
Shut. The. Front. Door. You guys. Lady Gaga looked like a normal person today. Nay, a normal and almost pretty person. She looks so glamourous and well, human. I am very pleasantly surprised. And to make this EVEN better, yesterday she was spotted wearing a Versace dress. I don't know how/why this is happening, but I love it so. I need her to keep this up for, well, ever.

RIGHT? I actually really like this dress. And to make this even more amazing, she was wearing it on her way to the studio today. Whatever inspires you, right?

I know. Versace. I don't understand. I love it, don't get me wrong, but I'm confused. What with Kristen Stewart looking like a pretty and well put together person and Lady Gaga looking like a normal human being, I feel like "The Twilight Zone" music should be playing in the background or something...

W Magazine September 2011
WHAT THE TWILIGHT? Oh. My. Gosh. I can't believe my eyeballs, but Kristen Stewart (I KNOW RIGHT?) graces (Literally graces for once) the cover of W Magazine's September issue and she looks gorgeous. I didn't even recognize her, I had to do a double take. She needs to do her makeup like this more often. And by more often, I mean always. I am loving this.

Seriously you guys. She looks stunning. I am very pleasantly surprised.

Lea Michele
I am really distraught about this. Lea Michele was on a roll, people, but last night I was disappointed. Her Alberta Ferretti dress was pretty on the runway, the bottom was see through which is inappropriate on the red carpet so I'm glad she fixed that, but on the red carpet I don't love it. It's too long and maybe it's mainly her hair that I'm not in love with. It's crooked, for one. Which I know I am not one to judge considering I piled my hair on the top of my head and stabbed bobby pins into it, but I'm just, huh. I'm upset about this. She still looks pretty though and I like the dress, but not on her.

Emma Stone & Olivia Wilde for Revlon
Well, I am very excited about this announcement. Revlon announced that they have chosen Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde as their global brand ambassadors. They will have TV commercials and will be featured in the ad campaigns. Revlon's president and chief executive officer, Alan Ennis, said both of the women personify the ideal Revlon woman who is "glamourous, confident and bold." I don't know much about Olivia Wilde, but I believe this guy. I do know that I am really excited about seeing Emma Stone's ad campaign though. The campaign will be released early next year and will feature their newest cosmetic line and nail polish line. So. Excited.

@CondeElevator
Alright. We need to talk about something for a second. I love Twitter. I love everything Conde Nast creates. So, naturally, I love Conde Elevator. I found this gem of a Twitter account on Monday and I have already re-tweeted way too many of the Tweets. The bio is simple "Things heard in the Conde Nast elevators do not stay in the Conde Nast elevators." Considering the fact that eventually I want to work for Conde Nast, I kind of love this. My favorite Tweets include:

This is my absolute favorite one.

Anna Wintour is so scary and I love her for that. I also feel her frustration when people call Kate and Will by the incorrect title.

I love how bitchy people are. I love the fashion industry so!
Okay, I realize that out of the 35 Tweets, I chose about half of them, but they're so funny! Mm. Follow them. Follow them now.
