Balenciaga 'Florabotanica'

Kristen Stewart's ad for Balenciaga's newest fragrance, Florabotanica, has been released. I don't know how I feel about it yet. On one hand, I don't hate it. On the other hand, I think I might. She looks pretty, that strand of hair on her forehead will probably (definitely) bother me forever, but it could be worse, you guys. The thing that is putting me in a pickle (or whatever) the most is the fact that this ad is SO DANG BUSY. I mean, I don't know where my eyes should go first. It's kind of a crazy hot mess, but somehow it's all cohesive at the same time. It does, however, have me very curious as to what it smells like, so I will definitely be stopping by the fragrance department in Bloomingdale's in September. Okay, re-reading this, I think we can all agree on three things. 1. This ad could be a lot worse. 2. It's just a bunch of contradictions. 3. I shouldn't be allowed to blog at 1 AM.

Elizabeth Banks

I love when my favorites have to make their rounds to every talk show, premiere, event, etc. for promo tours because that means more outfit changes! Elizabeth Banks has been everywhere promoting "People Like Us" and I love it. She was on "FOX and Friends" (Which, might I add, is the most painfully awkward morning talk show I have EVER seen in all my 22 years of life. Oh my gosh, I can't even. I was so uncomfortable watching it. Like, they didn't even talk about the movie she was promoting. The guy started telling her how his neighbors want to hold their own version of the Hunger Games in his backyard. Don't take my word for it, just watch it here.) this morning in just the cutest little dress ever. The color looks great on her, but I am mostly focused on her necklace. It's a little bit amazing. Did I mention that I love her? Because I do.

Blake Lively

Blake Lively is gorgeous. It's a fact. I would hate her, except for she seems so nice and normal in her interviews. It makes all of this more annoying and unfair. She attended the New York premiere of "Savages" tonight in a custom made Gucci gown. The color looks great on her, I mean everything looks great on her, but I don't know if I am crazy about the dress itself. There is nothing that is making me drool (Not literally, of course. Puh-lease.), you know? It seems a little bit familiar to me. But maybe I'm crazy? No, it can't be that...

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus and her cutie patootie (Yeah, that happened...) fiance, Liam Hemsworth, attended the Australians in Film Awards tonight looking stinkin' stunning. I adore them. I adore them so. Miley looked amazing in this Zimmerman dress. It's perfect for Mileybird. I know for a fact that if anyone had worn this I would've scrunched my nose, but this looks great on her. Her hair and makeup is also absolutely flawless. I love this. I love them. I can't wait for their wedding, you guys. I CAN'T WAIT.

Katy Perry

Katy Perry attended the LA premiere of her new movie (Which I'm in, by the way. No big deal. You can check my IMDb for more information. Just kidding. I don't have one. Now I'm rambling. C'est la vie.) last night in this Dolce & Gabbana dress. It would be great, but you guys, you guys it's velvet. Don't make me tell you how much I hate it again. I love the silhouette of the dress and the color, it makes me think of the Katy Perry we were first introduced to. Speaking of which, she put on a private performance in this kind of amazeballs outfit. Holy gosh, I love it so much. I mean, it may or may not be (but most definitely is) my favorite costume from her thusfar. Oh, I love it. Like, there is popcorn on the bottom. I MEAN.

Elizabeth Banks

My favorite "will you be my friend?!" celebrity, Elizabeth Banks, attended the New York screening of "People Like Us" (Can we talk about how badly I want to see this movie? Because I really wanna see it.) last night in an Elie Saab dress. I think I like it? I love the color and the sequin-shiny-glittery-gorgeousness of it all, but I don't know if I like the dress itself. It looks too big on her, at least under her arms. But her makeup. OH her makeup. It's flawless. She's flawless. No flaws here, my friends. None. NONE. None! Okay, I'm done. Also, here's a little Chris Pine because we deserve a little eyecandy sometimes.
Like, how good does her makeup look?
They are so good looking, it hurts.

Marchesa Resort 2013

Good gosh, I suck at life. Or at least, I suck at my own life. As a fashion student and a fashion blogger, I should be looking at these nonstop, I KNOW. But I haven't. The Resort 2013 collections have been whizzing past me and I have been ignoring them. For that, I am sorry. But I am here to make it up to you. Or to myself. Mostly make it up to myself because I doubt you were hurt or bothered by it. Marchesa's Resort 2013 collection was debuted last week and I love it, of course. It is a little less Marchesa and more toned down, which is nice. Georgina Chapman said "...she was thinking about English gardens when she was working on the new range..." (Style.com) That sounds about right. Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig have once again, managed to make me swoon with their designs.
This is so obviously Marchesa and I'm okay with it. It does look like an upside-down flower though.
 Obsessed.
Also obsessed. This may or may not be (but definitely is) my favorite.
HOLY CRAP I WANT THIS ON MY BODY.
This has such a bridal feel to it.
This is my second favorite. I love the detailing. I could see Blake Lively in this, however, I am sure she will be sticking with Gucci right now. Hopefully.
Yeah, I love this one a lot too. It's very simple and clean cut, but that's my thang. Yes, I said thang. Don't judge me.

Blake Lively

Oh crap. Blake Lively, the new face of Gucci's fragrance by the way, looked stunning-gorgeous-amazeballs-I'm-jealous-forever tonight at the LA premiere of "Savages." She wore a gorgeous Zuhair Murad gown. I love the detailing, I love the silhouette and I love the slight train. And can we just talk about her hair and her flawless makeup? I MEAN. Kudos on your everything, Blake.

Katy Perry

Finally! Katy Perry is slowly (very slowly) redeeming herself. Thank goodness. She attended a press conference for her movie "Katy Perry: Part of Me" on Friday in this super cute Erin by Erin Featherston dress. I really like it. It is so HER. You know? It is the perfect mix between funky and cute. Her hair is also great. I like it. I like it a lot. Hopefully it stays like this, well, forever?...

Margherita Missoni

Margherita Missoni (Daughter of Missoni creative director Angela Missoni. Obvi.) got married to some race car driver this weekend in a gorgeous Giambattista Valli wedding gown. Oh my gosh, I feel like I shouldn't love it, but I actually really do. It's wonderful. Really wonderful.
Look at that detailing. It's amazeballs.

Rihanna

Yes. Alright. We get it, Rihanna. You can (and will) wear whatever you want and don't give a damn what we think about it. But here's the thing. The Internet is a thing and unfortunately, we have to see you all over it in a neon beanie, a star jacket, a tacky t-shirt with the word "Rich" on it and unbuttoned overalls. So, we get that you don't care. Like, DGAF and YOLO and all that, but I think this should stop. Now. (I also apologize for the DGAFing and YOLOing. Please know that I am obvi being sarcastic and would never say that. I am not, however, apologizing for "obvi." I mean, YOLO, right? Oops I did it again...)

Emma Stone

Yes, I know. MORE Emma Stone. I can't stop this and this is definitely not over yet, so c'est la vie. She attended the Spain photocall on Thursday and I am feeling a lot of things about the Roksanda Ilincic dress she wore. At first I was like "Um, it looks like a pillowcase, but I like the colors." Then all my lovely followers on Facebook said they either hated it, loved it or that it looked like the seamstress added fabric at the last minute. Oddly enough, I agree with all of it. I think I mostly like the colors and the fact that it kind of reminds me of a mermaid? I don't know. I have a childhood fascination about mermaids, I kind of want to be one. More on that later, I assure you.

Emma Stone

Okay, this blog is becoming all Emma Stone all the time. I am going to do the right thing and blame her stylist, who is doing a superb job throughout "The Amazing Spiderman" promotion touring. I mean, she has been spot on almost everytime. It's getting slightly annoying, no? But it is Emma Stone, so she has it pretty easy. She attended the photocall in Italy yesterday in this lovely Jason Wu dress and even lovelier Louboutins. This is crisp and clean and perfect for a photocall. Kudos on still being amazing, Emma.

Miley Cyrus

Dearest Miley Cyrus (Mileybird),
I heart you to the stars and back, but I cannot with these knee-high socks. I know you're totally like, a chic and uber-anti-wannabe hipster fiancé to Thor's brother now, but that does not excuse this. Your body is totally bangin' though, so if you could let me in on some of your secrets, that would be great. Or we could be friends and like, workout together? I don't know. You can decide.
Love,
Erin

P.S. Is it okay if I call you Mileybird?

Fashion Quote of the Day

"Never in the history of fashion has so little material been raised so high to reveal so much that needs to be covered so badly."
Cecil Beaton

Dianna Agron

Alright. I am a little bit confused. First off, where has Dianna Agron been? I feel like she just disappeared for a bit. Well, I also don't watch "Glee," (Didn't she almost die or something last season? Bums.) I do read the Internet though, so she has disappeared in my mind. Anyway, she was at the Summer Party on the High Line last night (Whatever that means) and I am having issues with her look. While the Tracy Reese dress is cute, I am so over the whole belted dress situation. I mean, a little dainty and subtle one is cute, but this is just too much for this dress. And the clutch? WHY. And these sunglasses? DOUBLE WHY. I hate when accessories attack an outfit. It's upsetting. She is really pretty and usually has a lot going for her, so I'm confused as to why this happened at all.

Emma Stone (& AGarf)

Oh my gosh, I am getting jetlag just from watching Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield run around promoting "The Amazing Spiderman." I can only imagine how tired they are. Fortunately, they are still managing to look amazing. Tonight, they attended the premiere in Spain and this may or may not be my favorite look thusfar. I mean, I KNOW I said that about the little Gucci situation the other day, but this Dolce & Gabanna is everything I love in life and more. I love lace, I love accentuated shoulders and I love floral print. I also love that this looks kind of like an old prom dress. I have so much love for this entire look and even more love for the picture of them canoodling. Oh my heart. OH MY HEART, YOU GUYS.
COULD THEY BE ANY CUTER? No. No they could not be. That should've been your immediate answer.

The Hollywood Reporter June/July 2012

Alright. I know Katy Perry has had a rough couple of months, I get that. But for some reason, she is taking out all our anger on our eyeballs, for she has had some major fashion citations. From her hair to some of her questionable outfits, it's been tough for everyone. Fortunately, thanks to The Hollywood Reporter, she is back to the Katy Perry I know and love. For now at least. Let's just talk about how gorgeous she looks and think back on the times of dark, long hair and cute clothes... Ah, nostalgia.
Ugh, her eyeballs are gorgeous.
WE MISS YOUR HAIR LIKE THIS, KATY.
Well, this outfit is obviously not great. Nor are the shoes.
This skanky dress is even worse, but I love the color.

Teen Vogue August 2012

Okay. I just warned you about the Emma Stone spam that is to come and then I refresh my celebrity sites and see that Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are on the cover of Teen Vogue's August issue. Now, let me tell you that I could not be more excited about this if I tried. I am excited for Spiderman, I am excited that they are a couple and I am excited that they took one of the cutest couple cover shoots I've ever seen. EVER. Don't believe me? Well, you should, but if that wasn't convincing enough, let's have a look. Also, I highly suggest you read their interview because I've read snippets already and I am obsessed. I want to date them. Yes, both of them. As a couple. They are perfect and quite entertaining.
THEY ARE SO CUTE I CAN BARELY STAND IT.
I am having a slight heart attack over this Prada coat. It is GORGEOUS. She is gorgeous, but the coat is honestly stealing the spotlight from her in this. I am obsessed. Also, her hair looks great and I want it.
When this Marc Jacobs collection came out, I called it My Fair Lady meets Helena Bonham Carter chic. This is no exception. Although, I do like the dress, the hat must go. But this picture reminds me of my favorite scene in the cartoon version of "101 Dalmatians" when they meet for the first time. Ah, Disney love...
These hats need to be thrown away forever. Emma's Mulberry dress and Calvin Klein socks paired with Acne boots are kind of great though.
Seriously, what are these hats right now? The fact that Emma Stone still looks kind of amazing in them is what is pissing me off the most. AGarf looks so dapper in this Thom Brown suit and Calvin Klein sweater that I can barely handle it.
This McQ Alexander McQueen dress is kind of magnificent.
