Janet Jackson

Oh Lord. Please tell me this is not happening. My poor, poor eyes will be forever scarred by the hideousness that is Janet Jackson's Haider Ackermann outfit. It is just so... Bad. If I wasn't sitting in Starbucks, I'm pretty sure I would be crying over this unfortunate outfit.

Potter Inspired By McQueen

Word on the web is that Jany Temime, costume designer for the final Harry Potter movie, stole one of her dress designs from the late Alexander McQueen. Fleur Delacour's wedding dress looks awfully similar to a gorgeous dress from McQueen's Fall 2008 collection. Quite interesting, no? The only difference is that instead of peacocks (Like on McQueen's gown), the dress created for Fleur Delacour (Sidenote: I won't be able to take Clemence Poesy seriously as Fleur now that I have seen her as Eva on "Gossip Girl.") has phoenixes on it. I mean, if (God forbid) I was Jany Temime I would've a) Been more careful or b) Asked the people at Alexander McQueen if she could borrow the gown. But I mean, that's just be being sensible. Either way, it is a wonderful dress. (Via Refinery 29)

Taylor Swift

I am still obsessed with her new album and I am almost as obsessed with the dress she wore on the "Today" show this morning. Unfortunately, she paired this amazing sparkly dress with really ugly black boots. That's a little unfortunate, but when you look past them, it's all good.

Jessica Biel & Eva Mendes

Jessica Biel and Eva Mendes attended the Glamour Reel Moments event in LA last night and I cannot get over how much I love Jessica Biel's Oscar de la Renta dress. It is amazing. Although, it kind of reminds me of that black star Marchesa dress Sarah Jessica Parker wore to a premiere and Taylor Swift wore in Marie Claire. However, this one does not have stars and it is just beautiful. I don't love Eva Mendes' Lela Rose dress, but I can live with it.

14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala

Um, HELLO?! Leighton Meester and Andrew Garfield were at the same gala tonight in Beverly Hills and I was sitting at home doing stupid homework?! What the Mother of Crap? I am so mad. Mad. Mad. Mad. Ugh. Now I am going to attempt to get over my frustration and focus on the clothes. (But seriously. My girl crush and my celebrity boyfriend? $!*#$&@)
Oh, sweet Leighton. What a little princess. Her Elie Saab dress is just darling. I'm usually not in love with matchy-matchy, but on her, I'm okay with it. She kind of looks like she just walked off the ice rink for "The Nutcracker on Ice" or something, but I still like it.
Baby! He's so cute, can I please put him in my pocket?... (Fun fact, Andrew Garfield won the "Breakthrough Actor Award." So proud).
I actually kind of like Bryce Dallas Howard's Reem Acra dress. It's very springy, which I am kind of not in love with, but at the same time, I'm not hating it either. So indecisive.
I like Mila Kunis' dress, but I'm still so in love with her D&G dress that I can't focus on this one.
Holy orange dress, Mila Jovovich.
Oh, Helena Bonham Carter. What to do? What to do? I'm still mad that she killed Sirius Black, but she is kind of wonderful in all her other movies, so I am going to attempt to respect her fashion creativity. Or something.
I kind of want to like Rashida Jones' dress, but I kind of hate it.
I don't really like Mia Wasikowska's dress. I like the top half, but not the skirt. I think I would like it better if her posture wasn't as awful as it is. Hands on your hips, turn to your side and stand up straight. C'mon, now. I kind of hate her hair too. She also won the "Breakthrough Actress Award," but I am more proud of Andrew Garfield. Sorry, Mia.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift's new album, "Speak Now," came out last night and not only is it seriously fantastic, but the dresses in her album booklet are amazing. They are so beautiful. While you are busy drooling over the beauty that is Taylor Swift and her gowns, I think you should buy her album to keep your company whilst reading this blog, doing your homework, not doing your homework, driving home, etc.

Mila Kunis

I am OBSESSED with Mila Kunis' Dolce & Gabbana dress. The picture has been sitting on my desktop since Friday and I completely forgot about it until now. It is so stunning. Mm.
